Trail Workout: No Equipment Needed
Warm-Up: Mobility Session
Begin your trail workout with dynamic mobility to prepare your body.
Dedicate 30 minutes to the work out
following strength exercises:
After completing your mobility exercises, transition into the strength workout. This session incorporates bodyweight exercises, making it perfect for the trail. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 15-second rest—complete 2-3 rounds based on your fitness level.
