100 g cherry tomatoes: ~20 kcal, 1 g protein, 0 g fat, 4 g carbs
100 g cubed mango : ~60 kcal, 0.5 g protein, 0 g fat, 15 g carbs
100 g steamed butternut squash: ~40 kcal, 1 g protein, 0 g fat, 10 g carb
spices to taste.
20ml rapeseed oil 2tea spoon
Preparation :
steam the cod with spices to taste.
Divide the broccoli into trees and cut the butternut squash into cubes
steam broccoli and steamed butternut squash.
cut the mango into cubes
cut tomatoes in boats
mix the vegetables and put the cod on top
pour oil over
