Ingredients

  • 120 g steamed cod: ~100 kcal, 20 g protein, 1 g fat, 0 g carbs

  • 100 g steamed broccoli: ~35 kcal, 3 g protein, 0 g fat, 7 g carbs

  • 100 g cherry tomatoes: ~20 kcal, 1 g protein, 0 g fat, 4 g carbs

  • 100 g cubed mango : ~60 kcal, 0.5 g protein, 0 g fat, 15 g carbs

  • 100 g steamed butternut squash: ~40 kcal, 1 g protein, 0 g fat, 10 g carb

  • spices to taste.

  • 20ml rapeseed oil 2tea spoon

    Preparation :

  • steam the cod with spices to taste.

  • Divide the broccoli into trees and cut the butternut squash into cubes

  • steam broccoli and steamed butternut squash.

  • cut the mango into cubes

  • cut tomatoes in boats

  • mix the vegetables and put the cod on top

  • pour oil over
