Ingredients:

  • half a can of tuna in water or in gel  (60g)
  • 1 ege

  • 150 g small potatoes. (3-4 potatoes)

  • vegetable:

    -salad mix (salad, rucola, red kabeg…)

  • 1 spoon - majo light or my home mayde majo

  • 1 spoon of butter or coconut oil to fry the burger

  • a bunch of fresh parsley or about a tablespoon of dried parsley.

Instructions:

  1. Chopp parsley

  2. mix parsley, egg, and tuna fish

  3. make a burger out of the mixed tuna, egg, and parsley

  4. Grease the pan with butter

  5. Fry the burger, remember to fry on both sides

  6. greas the patatos and put them on a eifrier shet

  7. aifri the potatoes 200 /20 min

  8. Put on a plate burger, pateto , salad
  9. on the salad, add mayonnaise and salt
