Ingredients:

  • 80 g walnuts

  • 45 g eritrol or sukrin

  • 3 eggs Icing:

  • 35 g dark chocolate 70 %

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs well with eritrol or sukrin until fluffy.

  2. Blend the nuts.

  3. Add the nuts to the eggs, in batches, mixing gently.

  4. Pour the batter into the tin.

  5. Bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

  6. Melt the chocolate with water and pour over the cake.
