Ingredients

  • 220g potatoes

  • 100/120g chicken brest

  • 1/4 cauliflower

  • Pam/butter/coconut oil> bit to spread on a frying pan or waffle iron max 2g.

  • one little spun oil I like raps oil (5ml)

    Instructions:

    • cut potatoes in 4

    • put to the form spray PAM salt

    • cut the chicken breast in half

    • put in a form spry PAM

    • air fryer (20 min air frye moud )or bake in the oven(40 min 145”)

    • cauliflower salt and stime 15 min or cook for 10 min

    • put on a plate
