Ingredients:
cous cous 50g.
meat 30g. chicken breast , calcone breast ( pre cookt or get the sandwiches ready meat fro the store)
feta 20g
vegetable:
-1/2Red pepper
- pickled cucumber 2 or pickeled onion fork
-Salad Mix (1/2 cup)-1/4 leek
oil 1 spoon ( raps or Flaxseed or walnut )
Everyday Spices
or I like Vegetahot water 50ml
Instructions:
Add spices to the couscous and pour hot water let it sit in a locked bowl for 5 min

chopped chicken or calcun brest
Mix all the ingredients:
I like to do this in a sealed plastic box while the cous cous is still warm because the feta melts to form a slightly enveloping sauce.
