Ingredients:

  • cous cous 50g.

  • meat 30g. chicken breast , calcone breast ( pre cookt or get the sandwiches ready meat fro the store)

  • feta 20g

  • vegetable:

    -1/2Red pepper 
    -  pickled cucumber 2 or pickeled onion fork 
    -Salad Mix (1/2 cup)

    -1/4 leek

  • oil 1 spoon ( raps or Flaxseed or walnut )

  • Everyday Spices 
    or I like Vegeta

  • hot water 50ml

Instructions:

  1. Add spices to the couscous and pour hot water let it sit in a locked bowl for 5 min

  2. choppe vegetables

  3. chopped chicken or calcun brest

  4. Mix all the ingredients:

    I like to do this in a sealed plastic box while the cous cous is still warm because the feta melts to form a slightly enveloping sauce.
