Ingredients:
Quinoa 200g.
meat 200g. (minced beef max 5% fat)
vegetable: Red pepper
-1/2 cauliflower
-1 broccoli
-1/2 squash-1/4 leek
oil 4 spoon for stopping the quinoa 1 spoon per portion
Instructions:
cook quinoa (15min)
stew the meat
when the meat is not row anymore after couple of minutes of stewing, ad chopped vegetables
spread on a cake form or max 5g. Pam/butter/coconut oil
fill the form with blended ingredients.
bake in the oven for 45 min - 145”
