Ingredients:

  • Quinoa 200g.

  • meat 200g. (minced beef max 5% fat)

  • vegetable: Red pepper 
    -1/2 cauliflower 
    -1 broccoli
    -1/2 squash

    -1/4 leek

  • oil 4 spoon for stopping the quinoa 1 spoon per portion

Instructions:

  1. cook quinoa (15min)

  2. stew the meat

  3. when the meat is not row anymore after couple of minutes of stewing, ad chopped vegetables

  4. spread on a cake form or max 5g. Pam/butter/coconut oil

  5. fill the form with blended ingredients.

  6. bake in the oven for 45 min - 145”
