Ingredients

  • 2 tortilla extra thyn

  • 100/120g chicken brest

  • red peppers, baby spinach, rucola/ arugula with a choice of onion or leek.

  • Pam/butter/coconut oil> bit to spread on a frying pan or waffle iron max 2g.

  • homemade dressing one spoon mayo let, vinegar, mustard 1/2 spoon

    OPTION dressing of your choice> 0 fat, 0 sugar you get it in the bodyStudio shop

    Instructions:

    • cut in small stripes and fry the chicken breast using PAM or coconut oil

    • Optional you can heat tortilla patties

    • cut up wegetable

    • Spread the dressing evenly on two pancakes, put on the baked chicken breast, vegetables and wrap

    • put on a plate
