Ingredients
2 tortilla extra thyn
100/120g chicken brest
red peppers, baby spinach, rucola/ arugula with a choice of onion or leek.
Pam/butter/coconut oil> bit to spread on a frying pan or waffle iron max 2g.
homemade dressing one spoon mayo let, vinegar, mustard 1/2 spoon
OPTION dressing of your choice> 0 fat, 0 sugar you get it in the bodyStudio shop
Instructions:
cut in small stripes and fry the chicken breast using PAM or coconut oil
Optional you can heat tortilla patties
cut up wegetable
Spread the dressing evenly on two pancakes, put on the baked chicken breast, vegetables and wrap
put on a plate
