vege-Spinach and Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 large portobello mushrooms
100g spinach
50g feta cheese
PAM OR spray oil
garlic
dill (Optional)
pepper and salt.
Preparation :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
heat tablespoons of oil in a over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 100g spinach, 50gfeta, dill, pepper and salt.
Brush\ spray mushrooms all over with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
Place on a baking sheet and divide the spinach mixture among the mushrooms.
Bake until hot and starting to brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
Ready to serve
