vege-Spinach and Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 large portobello mushrooms

  • 100g spinach

  • 50g feta cheese

  • PAM OR spray oil

  • garlic

  • dill (Optional)

  • pepper and salt.

Preparation :

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  1. heat tablespoons of oil in a over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 100g spinach, 50gfeta, dill, pepper and salt.

  2. Brush\ spray mushrooms all over with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and divide the spinach mixture among the mushrooms.

  4. Bake until hot and starting to brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Ready to serve
